Talk training would like to formally congratulate all their ILM level 5 Graduates for achieving their ILM Level 5 in Management. The continued dedication and hard work of our assessors and learners culminated with 43 learners achieving the degree level qualification, accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

The graduation event was held on Monday 4th November 2019 at The Royal Mint in Llantrisant for the second year in a row. This annual event, now in its sixth year, is held to formally recognise and celebrate the achievements of our learners who successfully complete their Level 5 ILM Higher Apprenticeship. Apprenticeships are a popular route for workers to gain qualifications, to enhance job performance and improve future employment prospects.

The learners who attended the celebration event were from various companies including: Rocialle, NWSSP, POBL, Swansea Bay University Local Health Board, Lloyd’s Bank, Gwent Police and Her Majesty’s National Probation Service.

The successes of our learners were further supported by guest speakers Maria Jones, POBL Senior Business Partner for Learning and Development and Jonathan Hughes, Talk Training Managing Director.

Special thanks also go to all Talk training staff and partners who organised and supported the event and made sure it all ran smoothly; the Graduation Ceremony was thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended.

Talk training would like to thank all the learners for attending the event, for allowing Talk training to be part of their learning journey and to wish them every success in the future.

Here are some of the lovely comments received after the event:
