Talk training’s 2019 Company Strategy Day was held in the Beaumaris Suite at The Celtic Manor Resort in Newport. Staff were provided with a Company Strategy presentation, led by Talk training’s Directors and Managers, where information regarding the company’s direction, performance and targets were highlighted. Individual certificates were also presented to staff for their continuing professional development achievements in recent months.
Following the presentation, everyone was split into 3 teams (1 team for each director) to take part in team building activities. These activities were delivered by the Celtic Manor in-house activities team and included Blind Waiter, Hamster Wheel, Bomb Disposal and Gutter Ball. All teams participated well, but at the end of all events Steve (Finance Director) and his team were victorious.
Third place medals were presented to Alison (Operations Director) and her team, second place medals were presented to Jon (Managing Director) and his team whilst the winners’ trophy, bottles of wine and winners’ medals were presented to all members of the victorious team!
We look forward to the 2020 Strategy Day where we will be celebrating the 25th Anniversary of Talk training!
