Last Wednesday, the Talk Training team came together for our annual Strategy Day, a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our shared achievements, strengthen our connections and build excitement for the year ahead.
We began with a continental breakfast, creating a relaxed space for everyone to catch up, share stories and enjoy time together before the day’s discussions got underway.
Our Strategy Day then gave us the chance to reflect on how far we have come, celebrate the progress we have made as a team and look ahead to our plans, priorities and ambitions for 2026. It was an inspiring opportunity to share our vision, explore the opportunities ahead and recognise the important contribution every member of the Talk Training team makes to our continued success.
We also took the opportunity to support our chosen charity, Alzheimer’s Society, through some fundraising during the day. Together, we raised £93.50, and we would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who contributed. Your generosity and support are very much appreciated.
We rounded off the day with a team lunch at Stonehouse Restaurant at The Upper Boat Inn. Over great food and plenty of conversation, we continued to celebrate our achievements, strengthen our team spirit and enjoy each other’s company in a more informal setting.
It was a fantastic day filled with collaboration, connection and shared ambition. A powerful reminder that our people are at the heart of everything we do.
