On the 11th June 2015, Talk training were invited to attend a charity golf day for Cancer Research Wales at Llanishen Golf Club, in the North of Cardiff.

Phil O’Brien, Neil Harding, Mike Woods and Richard Humphries attended for Talk training and took part in a four ball golf competition in which we were one of 22 teams competing.  They also took part in an evening presentation and raffle for fund raising.

“The boys and I did Talk training proud in terms of taking part, if not the glory of winning the actual competition (we finished 21st out of 22 teams).

After the golf had finished we all went in for some food and this was then followed by the raffle (we didn’t win anything in this either!!!).  I am hopeful it is something that we will be able to support every year as this is a tremendously worthwhile charity, and I am sure we all know someone who is affected by it!  In short this was a lot of fun with excellent outcomes in terms of the money received and goodwill generated.” – Phil O’Brien, Talk training
