Talk training would like to formally congratulate all their ILM level 5 Graduates for achieving their ILM Level 5 in Management.  The continued dedication and hard work of our assessors and learners culminated with 65 learners achieving the degree level qualification, accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

The 2-day graduation event was held on Tuesday 21st November and Wednesday 22nd November to formally recognize and celebrate the achievements of our learners who successfully completed their Level 5 ILM Higher Apprenticeship. Apprenticeships are a popular route for workers to gain qualifications, to enhance job performance and improve future employment prospects.

There were 43 learners who attended the celebration event from various companies including: Caerphilly County Borough Council, GAVO, Velindre NHS Trust, Cardiff County Council, and NTFW.

The Right Honourable The Lord Mayor of Cardiff, Councillor Bob Derbyshire, presented certificates on Tuesday 21st November and Jason Blackwell from ILM presented the certificates on Wednesday the 22nd November. The successes of our learners were further supported by more guest speakers from the GAVO, South Wales Police, the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and Talk Training.

Special thanks also go to all Talk training staff and partners who organized and supported the event and made sure it all ran smoothly; the Graduation Ceremony was thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended. Diolch yn fawr!

Talk training would like to thank all their learners for attending the event, for allowing Talk training to be part of their learning journey and to wish them every success in the future.
