Earlier this year we let you know that we raised £1,000 for the Cystic Fibrosis Unit at Heath Hospital in Cardiff. £250 was put towards fundraising activities, and the remaining £750 was used to buy vouchers that the unit will use to purchase required items.
Kath Azzopardi, a senior nurse at the Cystic Fibrosis Unit at the Heath Hospital came to our offices in Nantgarw, and Steve Evans, Talk Training’s Finance Director presented the £750 vouchers. Kath was warmly welcomed by staff and refreshments with staff members whilst providing an update on how the local unit has been supporting, and will continue to support children with Cystic Fibrosis.
