in Management (ILM) Apprenticeships in Wales

Management & Leadership skills have a huge impact on the development, productivity and performance of organisations. The Management programmes will help you gain the crucial skills and knowledge to improve performance at work. These qualifications cover the full range of responsibilities of a first line manager, and can be tailored to fit the specific needs of the employing organisation and the individual.

Management ILM Apprenticeship

We offer three Management (ILM) Apprenticeships

Apprenticeship (Level 3) is ideal for managers with a range of responsibilities, for example: allocating work to team members, colleagues, contractors, achieving specific results, managing financial and physical resources and some degree of decision making. This qualification aims to give learners an opportunity to develop their management performance, become more effective and to progress their career.

Management Diploma (Level 4) is suitable for both individuals that do not have direct reports but are responsible for managing projects and achieving objectives by coordinating and managing external stakeholders, and individuals that manage their own teams, i.e. individuals that conduct one-2-one meetings and reviews with their staff.

The ILM Diploma in Management (Level 5) has been specifically designed for middle managers with a wide span of control and accountability for performance, in particular those with responsibility for determining resource allocation and operational methods in their department or organisation.
