This year, Talk training’s Annual Strategy Meeting and Team Building day took place at the V9 Bouldering centre based in Treforest on 5th October 2012.
Starting at the crack of dawn, with endless supplies of bacon butties/tea/coffee for all, ensuring everyone was fed and watered prior to phase one of the day.
Phase one (the serious bit) – the directors presented the staff with Talk Training’s 2012/2013 business strategy. During the presentation, the directors went through each section of the strategy in detail answering all questions raised.
Phase two (the fun bit) – the team concluded the day by spending at least 2 hours taking part in team building sessions and climbing and in some cases literally hanging from the walls within the bouldering centre.
Feedback on the day, was that all staff found the presentation very informative and transparent and as our Financial Director, Steve Evans often say’s “We have a laugh!”
