Talk training would like to congratulate all their ILM level 5 Graduates for achieving their ILM level 5 in Management.

The hard work of our assessors and the learners paid off, as this year over 50 learners achieved the degree level qualification, accredited by the Institute of  Leadership and Management  (ILM).

Talk training held a 3-day graduation event on Tuesday 15th, Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th September 2015 to celebrate the achievements of learners successfully completing their Level 5 ILM Higher Apprenticeship. Apprenticeships are a popular route for students to gain qualifications to enhance job performance and improve future prospects.

There were 50 learners who attended the celebration event from various companies including: Caerphilly County Borough Council, NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, Velindre, Torfaen County Borough Council, Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, NWIS, Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council, Cardiff County Council, Dunraven, Alere Toxicology, Arc Academy and Aneurin Bevan University Health Board.

The Mayor of Caerphilly County Borough Council, Mayor Cllr. Leon Gardiner, was also present on Tuesday 15th to present certificates to learners.

Guest speakers over the three-day event included: Cllr. Barbara Jones Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Caerphilly County Borough Council, Jonathan Hughes, Managing Director of Talk training, Alison Jones, ILM Business Development Manager for Wales, Sharon Jones, Learning and Development Lead for NWSSP and Hazel Robinson, Director of Workforce and Organisational Development for NWSSP, who spoke of the benefits of the ILM programme from an Employer perspective.

Alison Jones, ILM’s Business Development Manager for Wales, stated that Talk training were now one of the largest providers of ILM qualifications in Wales.

The event was enjoyed by all attendees; special thanks to all Talk training staff and partners who organised and supported the event and made sure it all ran smoothly.

Since the event, Talk training has had some fantastic feedback from several attendees. Alun James, Senior Procurement Business Manager at NWSSP said:

“I would like to thank Talk Training for the outstanding service and courtesy that was provided to me at the Graduation Ceremony last week and throughout the ILM5 course.”

Joy Harvey, Centre Shift Supervisor, Caerphilly County Borough Council told us:

Talk training would like to thank all their learners for attending the event, for allowing Talk training to be part of their learning journey and to wish them every success in the future.
