Talk training would like to formally congratulate all their ILM Management Learners, both level 5 and level 7 Graduates, for achieving their qualifications with Talk Training. The continued dedication and hard work of our learners, assessors and support staff culminated with the learners achieving their degree level qualifications, accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

The graduation event was held on Thursday 10th November 2022 at The Royal Mint in Llantrisant to formally recognise and celebrate the achievements of our learners who successfully completed their ILM Level 5 Higher Apprenticeship and ILM level 7 qualification. Apprenticeships are a popular route for students to gain qualifications to enhance job performance and improve future employment prospects.

There were 73 learners who attended the celebration event from various companies including: CwmTaf Morgannwg University Health Board, NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, Gwent Police, Aneurin Bevan University Health Board,Her Majesty’s Prison Probation Service, Veolia, Jehu Group, HMP Parc, The Fostering Network, Great Bear Healthcare Ltd, Wales Millennium Centre, Trojan Electronics, Torfaen Voluntary Alliance, Vale of Glamorgan Council Community Safety Epilepsy Action, WCADA, Cwmbran Football club, Linc Cymru HA, Rocialle in Health, Barclays International, National Autistic Society Cymru, Thrive Women’s Aid, Caerphilly County Borough Council, Cunningham Lindsey/Sedgwick, Bridgend County Borough Council, Swansea Bay UHB, ALUK, Melin Homes and Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council

Special thanks also go to all Talk training staff and partners who organised and supported the event and made sure it all ran smoothly; the Graduation Ceremony was thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended. Diolch yn fawr pawb!

Thanks to talk training for a highly organised graduation ceremony. All the staff worked incredibly hard to ensure that everyone enjoyed the day and felt comfortable.
