A free confidential service delivered by Remploy, funded by the Department of Work and Pensions and is available to any employees with depression, anxiety, stress or other mental health issues affecting their work.
The service is delivered by their team of Vocational Rehabilitation Consultants who are fully trained professionals with expertise in mental health and its impact in the workplace. The support can include:
- Workplace mental well-being support and advice for nine months, which is tailored to the needs of the individual.
- Help for individuals to identify successful workplace and condition coping strategies that will support their success.
- Advice on simple adjustments that could be implemented to help individuals fulfil their role.
- A step-by-step support plan for individuals to follow, helping them to get back on track.
- Helping employers to fully understand what support they can offer to employees with a mental health condition (with their permission).
- Support provided in an appropriate environment, in respect of the individual’s wishes.
