This qualification is for people working in, or looking to enter roles in learning and development. This qualification will provide people who carry out learning and development roles in their organisation with the opportunity to develop and improve their practice as well as achieving a professional qualification for the role.
Available to anyone working in accredited learning or non-accredited learning (where people may train and assess skills but do not assess for a qualification). This qualification is specially designed to give focus on the knowledge and understanding required to work in accordance with industry requirements in various areas of a Learning and development role.

Apprenticeship (Level 3)
Who is the qualification for?
The level 3 Certificate is aimed at employees operating within a learning and development environment. Individuals newly appointed to a learning and development role and existing employees who have no formal qualifications.
This Apprenticeship is suitable for employees who train and support others in their workplace within groups or one to one session.

Who is the qualification for?
The Business administration qualification has been specifically designed for people who work in administrative support roles in both private and public sector organisations. This qualification would be suitable for secretary, receptionist, administrator, personal assistants, office supervisors/team leaders, and managers. This qualification will help improve administrative and supervisory skills.
