The ILM Level 5 in Leadership and Management has strengthened my professional development and provided me with a wide range of tool and techniques that I can use in my job. I have been provided with excellent support from my assessor who has challenged and expanded my thinking. As well as providing me with encouragement and motivation throughout. The qualification has exceed my expectations and built my confidence within leadership and management.
