Having been made redundant shortly after starting my Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management, there were times when successfully completing the assignments on top of learning a whole new career was a real test. My assessor’s guidance gave me focus and enabled me to meet the challenge and his patient and understanding approach gave me confidence in my knowledge, experience and abilities where this had previously been lacking.
