in Digital Skills for Business Apprenticeships in Wales
This qualification provides the opportunity for the apprentice to develop the competence, skills and knowledge to work effectively and efficiently with IT systems, communications and productivity tools and applications in a wide range of job roles and industry sectors whilst gaining a relevant qualification.
With guidance, a learner will be able to operate information and communication software or hardware with knowledge and understanding at the relevant level in a variety of topics they undertake.
We offer Two Digital Skills for Business Apprenticeships
This level is suitable for anybody who uses IT as part of their job or is required to uses IT tools in conjunction with other non-IT disciplines. Its flexible structure means that it can be adapted for almost any workplace or job.
This is for job roles requiring in-depth knowledge and competence in the use of digital skills. It is a competence based qualification which means you learn practical, work related tasks designed to help you develop the skills and knowledge to do a job effectively.
Diploma in Digital Skills for Business
Foundation Apprenticeship (Level 2)
Who is the qualification for?
This qualification has been developed to support those who are already employed in a business setting and are looking to improve and expand their workplace skills capabilities.
Example of skills required for this level: Employees using digital office software, data handling and processing, internet and email communications, using information searching systems, making presentations and collaborative software.
