Customer Service is a diverse sector, suitable for anyone who provides assistance and advice within a company to those people who buy or use its products or services.

The Foundation Apprenticeship Level 2 and Apprenticeship Level 3 in Customer Service are designed for staff to gain a better understanding of organisation’s approach to customer service and to have the ability to develop and improve customer service within the framework of organisational procedures, regulations and industrial sectors.

Customer Services Apprenticeship

We offer two Customer Services Apprenticeships

The Foundation Apprenticeship (Level 2) is designed for staff who work with others to solve problems, support customer service improvements and need to communicate clearly and confidently within their role.

The Apprenticeship (Level 3) is designed for someone who delivers and manages customer service or is in a position that includes forwarding and implementing changes to improve customer service.

Diploma in Customer Services
Foundation Apprenticeship (Level 2)

Who is the qualification for?

The level 2 Diploma in Customer Service is a hybrid qualification, made up of competence and knowledge units. Customer Service is a diverse sector, suitable for anyone who provides assistance and advice within a company to people who buy or use its products or services. Employees operating at level 2 play an integral role in supporting organisational objectives through a wide range of functions, such as: delivering customer service, dealing with different types of customers, understanding the value of customers and managing workloads.

Apprenticeship (Level 3)

Customer Service is a diverse sector, suitable for anyone who provides assistance and advice within a company to people who buy or use its products or services i.e. contact centres and retail. Employees operating at level 3 play an integral role in supporting organisational objectives through a wide range of functions, such as: organising and delivering customer service, resolving customer problems, implementing changes to improve customer service, understanding the importance of customer relationship management.
