Talk training are a well established training provider with over 27 years’ experience within the training industry. This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter and able to manage and motivate yourself to succeed and grow a client base across Wales.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our sales team and would love to hear from you.

Ideally the applicant should have experience in the following areas:

·      Selling Apprenticeships and bespoke programs

·      Excellent communication and presentation skills

·      Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

·      Good organisational and time-management skills

·      Sales background including telesales and face to face

·      Experience in working in a training environment

·      A high degree of self -motivation and drive

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours of work Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 1:30pm – total hours per week 34.5 hrs
