We offer three Business Administration Apprenticeships
Provides good working knowledge and understanding of the role. It demonstrates an employee’s ability to perform a range of tasks with some guidance and supervision.
Recognises complex work skills involving supervisory ability. It demonstrates team leading and specialist technical skills with competence in communication, problem solving and applied teamwork.
This qualification is intended for individuals who are working at a senior level with considerable responsibility for the management of systems and resources.
Diploma in Business Administration
Foundation Apprenticeship (Level 2)
Who is the qualification for?
The level 2 Diploma in Business Administration is a hybrid qualification, made up of competence and knowledge units. It is aimed at employees operating within an administration environment. Employees operating at level 2 play an integral role in supporting organisational objectives through a wide range of functions, such as: making and receiving telephone calls, welcoming visitors, collating data, maintaining and issuing stationary supplies, handling mail, record keeping and using electronic message systems and office equipment.

Who is the qualification for?
The level 3 Diploma in Business Administration is a hybrid qualification, made up of competence and knowledge units. It is aimed at employees operating within an administration environment and is suitable for both those new to the role and those looking to take the next step in their career. The programme focuses on developing the learner’s knowledge, skills, and behaviours. Employees operating at level 3 play an integral role in supporting organisational objectives through a wide range of functions, such as: demonstrating strong communication skills, managing priorities and own time, supporting business activities by carrying out varied administration functions, making telephone calls, dealing with internal and external correspondence, creating, and producing documents.

Who is the qualification for?
The Business administration qualification has been specifically designed for people who work in administrative support roles in both private and public sector organisations. This qualification would be suitable for secretary, receptionist, administrator, personal assistants, office supervisors/team leaders, and managers. This qualification will help improve administrative and supervisory skills.
