Talk Training staff receive bonus in time for Christmas

Talk Training transitioned into an Employee Owned Trust in February of this year, choosing to become an employee owned business because of its commitment and loyalty to its staff, many of whom have been at the company since its inception almost 30 years ago.

Only ten months after transitioning to an employee-owned business, Talk Training is delighted to announce that it has paid its first Employee Owned Trust qualifying bonus to its staff, the company’s employee owners, to reward their hard work and commitment.

Steve Evans , Talk Training’s Finance Director, said;

“We are very proud of our employee ownership status which allows our staff to feel even more connected to the company. They have a real stake in the successful running of the business and they take pride in knowing that as direct stakeholders they benefit from its success and we are looking forward to driving the business forward into 2024”
