This training route supports a lifelong learning culture and provides accredited qualifications.

Modern Apprenticeships (MA) and Foundation Modern Apprenticeships (FMA) are 100% funded. There is no restriction on age for these programmes which can take between 8 months and 3 years to complete.

The employer and learner enter into a ‘partnership’ with TALK·training where we jointly prepare an Apprenticeship Training Plan for each learner. The learner engages to complete a framework of training which includes an appropriate NVQ, Key Skills plus enhancement units which can be sector specific and a technical certificate.

The training delivered is designed to provide the learner with the necessary skills and techniques to more fully participate in their working environment and to provide a springboard to realise their full potential. The employer can receive benefits from staff upskilling, increased employee awareness and work ethic attitude. The training can re-focus learners to the specific needs of the employers and their business operations.
