FAQ’s

• How much is the Training Allowance?
   £50 per week
• How long does the course last?
   Skillbuild generally lasts for at least 13 weeks
• Do I have to go on job placements?
   You will not be made to do anything you are not happy with, but we hope that  after some time with us, you will gain much more confidence and really want to  get out in the work place and put your new skills to work. Please remember that  it’s your choice what kind of placement your put on
• What if I don’t like my placement?
  We will decide together on your placements, so hopefully we’ll find one that it is suitable and to your liking, but the main aim of the placements is to find out what you really want to do by giving you first hand experience to help find out what is really for you, so if you don’t like it then you can come back to the centre and work together to find something else and once you have decided, then you can start building skills for that particular job.
