DCELLS (Department for Children, Education, Lifelong Learning and Skills)

Estyn
Estyn is the office of Her Majesty's Inspectorate for Education and Training in Wales. It is independent of, but funded by, the National Assembly for Wales under Section 104 of the Government of Wales Act 1998. The Chief Inspector and her staff are civil servants.

The CfA is the leading authority in Business & Administration skills in the UK. The CfA is focused on the improvement of Business & Administration Skills. They design and promote vocational qualifications such as NVQs, Apprenticeships and Foundation Degrees.
e-skills UK
e-skills UK is a not-for-profit , employer-led organisation, licensed by government as the Sector Skills Council for IT & Telecoms, and lead body for Contact Centres.
Institute of Customer Service
Institute of Customer Service (ICS) is the independent professional body for customer service. Their primary purpose is to lead customer service performance and professionalism.
MSC (Management Standards Centre)
The MSC is an employer led organisation which champions management and leadership and they work with the Skills for Business Network to identify and address the skills gaps and shortages on a sector by sector basis thereby contributing to the profitability of the UK.
Improve
Improve is the Sector Skills Council for Food and Drink Manufacturing and Processing across the UK and part of the Skills for Business Network, sponsored by the Department for Learning and Skills.
